This session is a great kickstart for strategy, product and service innovation, team building. Usually we end this session with the first step in a new direction (strategy, product and service innovation, team building etc.).
If you want your team to become creative problem solvers (again), we teach them to draw from more diverse streams of information.
We show and confront them with their thinking patterns and practice how to keep a more open mind to problems and frame new ideas. And most important: how to be creative and flexible as a team. A fun and very valuable training which often turns out to be a moment of reflection and evaluation. People feel free to speak their minds in this process.
